I’m a woman who dares to question the norm.
To break old patterns. To walk new paths – for herself, for others, for a society where aliveness matters more than achievement.
My path is shaped by depth, by self-inquiry, and by the ever-present question:
What does it truly take – to live a fulfilled, powerful life?
These questions are not just the heart of my work –
they’re deeply woven into my own story.
The nights when the thoughts won’t stop spinning. That feeling of being disconnected from my own body, unable to sense what truly nourishes me.
constantly functioning between work, family, and household.
It was so normal for me to go beyond my limits – be it for work, family or household.
It was so normal for me to be stressed, tense and exhausted as a woman and a mother.
I saw it in the women in my family as a child. I saw it in my female friends and colleagues.
When I was busy and felt depleted, I felt I was worth something. That I was good. That I had achieved something.
Until I woke up exhausted in the morning and had no energy left to do the things that were important to me.
Until I couldn’t fall asleep at night because my mind was racing.
Until I felt constantly ill and still couldn’t give my body the rest it needed.
Over the years, exhaustion, migraines and depression set in.
Until one day I couldn’t do anything anymore.
I knew that there had to be a way in which I wouldn’t have to make a choice between my work and my family.
I knew there had to be another way in which, with small changes, I could live my everyday life with work and family with a sense of fulfilment, ease, resilience and calm. With energy for all the things that matter to me.
And I am still on that journey. I’ll never stop finding ways to create a new normal in our daily lives.
And these ways I am sharing with you in my work:

In my spaces (online and in person) you will experience loving acceptance and compassion for your being. This is a space where you can let go of all masks and roles. There are no expectations to fulfil here.
Everything you share and experience stays in our space. No story leaves this space. You can be 100% sure of my confidentiality.
In all my modalities and offerings, the core is always about connection. About really connecting with yourself. The more connected you are to yourself, the deeper you perceive, accept and embrace yourself, the more you can connect to everything around you – be it your partner, children, parents, colleagues, friends or even your work or nature.
For me, honesty is more than a word. It’s about stepping out of our comfort zones together and facing the things that really move us. By being honest and authentic with ourselves and each other, we create the foundation for trusting collaboration and the transformation you desire.
In my work, I invite women who identify as marginalized. I am committed to raising awareness about racism, systemic oppression, and white privilege. It is important to me to create spaces where every woman feels seen, valued, and accepted in her full diversity.
I am a white, cisgender woman with social privileges that were not earned through effort, but granted through structural advantage.
I am supported by the experiences of my ancestors and the stability of my family.
I acknowledge that colonialism, racism, exclusion, and systemic oppression are not things of the past – they are deeply embedded in our social structures today, including in the coaching world.
I am committed to staying aware, taking responsibility, and creating spaces where people who are often overlooked or marginalized feel truly welcome.
Through listening, learning, reflection, and intentional action,
I aim to contribute – as best I can – to greater justice and genuine belonging.

An everyday life in which it is normal for us to feel calm, connected and energised instead of stressed, depleted and tense. Without neglecting work or family. An everyday life in which our job GIVES us strength instead of draining it. An everyday life full of calm, energy and a sense of freedom.
Free from envy, competition, and other sister wounds. My wish is to heal the core wounds of us women, and to heal and fulfill the deep human need to be seen and accepted exactly as we are.
And, thus, to allow peace, calm and fulfillment within you.
What you experience will ripple outward – into your family, your workplace, your community. And step by step, more joy, more ease, and more mutual appreciation will become part of how we live together.
Old patterns, imprints, and beliefs are allowed to soften and dissolve – without struggle.
You remember who you truly are. You begin to trust yourself again. You strengthen your self-worth, your womanhood, your motherhood – in your own way.
Not through doing more, but by arriving more fully in your being. You realize: You are enough. You always have been.
Your body knows the way. Your nervous system is not the problem – it is your compass.
In my work, you’ll learn to feel again. To trust. To choose – from within. With clarity. With gentleness. With depth.
Work can feel light. Success can emerge in alignment with your nervous system, your cycle, and your inner knowing. Productivity can be redefined – as something inseparably linked to self-care.

My whole adult life has been influenced and supported by personal development. Already in my parents’ house I learned to regulate with tapping. Inner journeys, inner child work, Ho’oponopono, constellations, encounters with Robert Betz, Katie Byron’s The Work and many more were early influences on my path.
I love and live for continuous development – e.g. with seminars with the 7th Dzogdchen Rinpoche, shamanic journeys, my own coaching guidance, Cacao Facilitator Training. I soak up everything inquisitively like a sponge. I am passionate about reading books, especially those that transform me.

Du bist vollkommen wach, das Bewusstsein (aka Dein Verstand) ist aber relativ ruhig. Gleichzeitig ist in diesem Zustand Dein Unterbewusstsein sehr zugänglich.
Das erlaubt, dass wir tief an die Wurzeln Deiner Glaubensmuster und Blockaden rankommen; dass wir die Ursache finden,
Du veränderst nicht nur Deine Muster und Strukturen. Du wirst auch merken, dass Dein Umfeld auf einmal anders auf Dich reagiert; dass Du Dein Leben aus mehr Leichtigkeit und in größerer Erfüllung lebst.
Mein ganzes Erwachsenenleben ist geprägt und begleitet von persönlicher Weiterentwicklung. Schon in meinem Elternhaus habe ich das Tapping (Klopftechnik) gelernt. Innere Reisen, innere Kindarbeit, Ho’oponopono, Aufstellungen, Begegnungen mit Robert Betz, Katie Byrons The Work und noch vielem mehr waren frühe Einflüsse auf meinem Werdegang.
Ich liebe und lebe für kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung – z.B. mit Seminaren mit dem 7. Dzogdchen Rinpoche, schamanischen Reisen, eigener Coaching Begleitung, Cacao Facilitator Training – und sauge alles wissbegierig auf wie ein Schwamm. Ich lese leidenschaftlich gern Bücher, vor allem die, die mich transformieren.
